We seek global solutions to aid our clients in their deep tech transformation to meet the requirements of the modern web, mobile, cloud and prepare them for the upcoming future of web 3.0.

We focus on complex changes in our clients tech infrastructure to make an impact not only on their business but also on the shape of the entire industry in which they operate. We work with both international corporations and startups with a global reach.

We are currently looking for a  Business Development Manager to join our team. Our office is based in Kraków.

The process consists of 3 stages. We recruit remotely :)



  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar sales role within the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • English C1/C2
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and articulate complex software and hardware solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

,[Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base., Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online research., Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth., Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients., Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns., Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market., Attend industry conferences and events to represent the company and network with potential clients.
