Business Development Manager – Workday (f/m/x)

Your responsibilities

Actively acquiring new customers
Generating leads
Promoting and selling business solutions based on Workday (products/ subscriptions/services)
Preparing offers, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and following up on the client’s requests
Building and nurturing relationships with current clients and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis
Cooperating with the Marketing Department on the organization of business events (conferences, workshops)
Supporting business development by participating in the pre-sales process and providing support to the Sii branch salespeople
Acting in accordance with the mission, main goals, and key values of Sii

Our requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager (Associate Sales Manager), preferably in the HCM area
Knowledge of the IT sector and business processes (marketing, sales)
Outstanding communication skills
Full professional proficiency in English, allowing cooperation with international business partners
Skills in preparing offers and business presentations
A dynamic personality characterized by a strong focus on results, commitment, and independence in action
Passion, "Can do attitude", natural ability to establish good, positive relationships with people
Fluent Polish required
Residing in Poland required

We are a Workday Partner working with international clients in all main industries. At this moment, we have upgraded our partnership status and expanding the portfolio of our services and products.
