Your tasks



  1. Research and identify potential clients across Polish and international markets
  2. Collaborate on designing effective sales strategies for ServiceNow implementation and related services
  3. Generate leads, prepare offers, negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up on client needs
  4. Work closely with Marketing to organize business events - conferences, workshops, webinars, etc.
  5. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  6. Cooperate with internal teams (sales, presales, delivery, and legal) to deliver tailored, high-quality offers and win bids
  7. Build and maintain strong partnerships with ServiceNow and collaborate with its sales teams to deliver joint services
  8. Achieve established sales goals and KPIs
Requirements



  1. At least 3 years of experience selling IT services
  2. Proven experience selling implementation services for COTS products, experience with ServiceNow is an advantage but not required
  3. Ability to establish and develop relationships at various organizational levels, up to and including the Board of Directors
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value
  5. Proficiency in lead generation and qualification and pipeline management
  6. Excellent sales and negotiation skills, including upselling and cross-selling strategies
  7. Experience in leading the presales process and preparing offers and presentations in cooperation with other teams
  8. Very good command of English and Polish, enabling smooth communication in an international environment
  9. Residing in Poland required
