Your tasks

  • Research and identify potential clients across Polish and international markets
  • Collaborate on designing effective sales strategies for ServiceNow implementation and related services
  • Generate leads, prepare offers, negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up on client needs
  • Work closely with Marketing to organize business events - conferences, workshops, webinars, etc.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Cooperate with internal teams (sales, presales, delivery, and legal) to deliver tailored, high-quality offers and win bids
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with ServiceNow and collaborate with its sales teams to deliver joint services
  • Achieve established sales goals and KPIs
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience selling IT services
  • Proven experience selling implementation services for COTS products, experience with ServiceNow is an advantage but not required
  • Ability to establish and develop relationships at various organizational levels, up to and including the Board of Directors
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value
  • Proficiency in lead generation and qualification and pipeline management
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills, including upselling and cross-selling strategies
  • Experience in leading the presales process and preparing offers and presentations in cooperation with other teams
  • Very good command of English and Polish, enabling smooth communication in an international environment
  • Residing in Poland required
