Job Description:

The Business Development Manager is one of the key roles in Sii Competence Centers. The BDM must create and close the sales process effectively!

Your Role:

  1. Actively acquiring new customers in Polish and international markets.
  2. Taking direct responsibility for creating a profitable book of clients.
  3. Promoting and selling business solutions based on Salesforce products.
  4. Co-creating an effective Salesforce sales strategy.
  5. Generating leads, preparing offers, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and following up on client requests.
  6. Cooperating with the Marketing Department to organize business events (conferences, workshops, etc.).
  7. Building and nurturing relationships with current clients and providing exceptional customer service daily.

Your Skills:

  1. Proven sales experience in a consultative selling approach.
  2. Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques.
  3. Excellent ability to analyze customer needs to create upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  4. Willingness to establish stable and satisfactory business relations with customers and coworkers at different organizational levels, including the Management Board.
  5. Skills in preparing offers and business presentations.
  6. Full proficiency in English, allowing cooperation with international business partners.
  7. Knowledge of Polish.
  8. Readiness for business trips and possession of a driving license.
  9. Can-do attitude, natural passion, and ability to establish good, positive relationships with people.

Optional:

  1. Knowledge of the IT sector and business processes (marketing, sales).
