Job Description:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a key role in Sii Competence Centers. The primary responsibility is to create and close sales processes effectively.

Your role

  • Actively acquire new customers in Polish and international markets.
  • Take responsibility for building a profitable client portfolio.
  • Promote and sell business solutions based on Salesforce products.
  • Contribute to developing an effective Salesforce sales strategy.
  • Generate leads, prepare offers, negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up on client requests.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to organize business events such as conferences and workshops.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service daily.

Your skills

  • Proven sales experience with a consultative selling approach.
  • Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent ability to analyze customer needs and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Ability to establish stable and satisfactory relationships with clients and colleagues at various organizational levels, including the Management Board.
  • Skills in preparing offers and business presentations — confidence in the services you sell.
  • Full proficiency in English for international cooperation.
  • Knowledge of Polish language.
  • Willingness to travel for business and possession of a driving license.
  • Positive attitude, passion, and talent for building good relationships.

Optional:

  • Knowledge of the IT sector and business processes (marketing, sales).
