Job Description:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) plays a key role in Sii Competence Centers by creating and closing the sales process effectively. If you are interested in selling Salesforce solutions — the world’s leading enterprise cloud platform — and want to influence sales strategy, join our Salesforce Competence Center, a team of over 100 Salesforce enthusiasts. You will work alongside experienced Consultants and Delivery Managers who handle the technological and organizational aspects of the sales process.

Your role

  • Actively acquire new customers in Polish and international markets.
  • Take responsibility for building a profitable client portfolio.
  • Promote and sell Salesforce-based business solutions.
  • Contribute to developing an effective Salesforce sales strategy.
  • Generate leads, prepare offers, negotiate contracts, close deals, and follow up on client requests.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to organize business events such as conferences and workshops.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service.

Your skills

  • Proven sales experience with a consultative selling approach.
  • Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs to facilitate upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ability to establish stable and satisfactory business relationships at various organizational levels, including the Management Board.
  • Skill in preparing offers and business presentations, with confidence in the services being sold.
  • Full proficiency in English, enabling cooperation with international partners.
  • Knowledge of Polish.
  • Willingness to travel for business and possession of a driving license.
  • Positive attitude, passion, and ability to build good relationships.

Optional:

  • Knowledge of the IT sector and business processes (marketing, sales).
