Job Description:

Business Development Manager is a key role in Sii Competence Centers, responsible for creating and closing sales processes effectively.

You will collaborate with experienced Consultants and Delivery Managers who handle the technological and organizational aspects of sales.

Your role

  • Actively acquiring new customers in Polish and international markets
  • Managing a profitable book of clients
  • Promoting and selling Salesforce-based business solutions
  • Co-developing an effective Salesforce sales strategy
  • Generating leads, preparing offers, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and following up
  • Collaborating with Marketing to organize events
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships and providing excellent customer service

Your skills

  • Proven sales experience with a consultative approach
  • Strong negotiation and sales techniques knowledge
  • Ability to analyze customer needs for upselling and cross-selling
  • Ability to build stable relationships with clients and colleagues at all organizational levels
  • Proficiency in preparing offers and presentations
  • Fluent English skills for international cooperation
  • Knowledge of Polish
  • Willingness to travel and a valid driver’s license
  • Positive attitude, passion, and relationship-building skills

Optional:

  • Knowledge of IT sector and business processes (marketing, sales)
