What challenges you are going to face?

1. Searching for new clients on the European and/or Polish market
2. Sales of IT solutions (including those based on the Salesforce.com and Cornerstone OnDemand platforms)
3. Sales of IT Outsourcing services in the Managed Service and Team Leasing models
4. Building long-term business relationships with clients
5. Realization of agreed sales plan
6. Developing offers tailored to the needs of customers
7. Conducting sales presentations
8. Negotiating contract terms and conditions
9. Close cooperation with Delivery, Recruitment, Lead Generation and Marketing departments

What do we expect from you?

1. Min. 2 years of sales experience in SW solutions and IT services
2. Readiness for regular trips
3. Experience in developing and implementing sales strategy
4. Effectiveness in building long-term relationships with clients
5. High level of commitment, creativity, and independence
6. Analytical thinking
7. Communicative English (min. B2)
8. Knowledge of other European languages will be a plus
