The role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in selling IT recruitment services and IT outsourcing (body leasing / staff augmentation). This person should bring an existing network of enterprise contacts and be able to generate new business opportunities from day one.

  • 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment sales, IT outsourcing, or body leasing.
  • Strong network of decision-makers within large enterprises.
  • Proven success in client acquisition and closing staffing/recruitment deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good understanding of the IT recruitment and outsourcing market in Poland and CEE.
  • Self-starter, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English and Polish..
