Business Development Manager – Data & Analytics

Your responsibilities

Researching and identifying potential clients both in Poland and abroad
Collaborate in designing an effective sales strategy for diverse Data & Analytics services such as Modern Data Platforms, DWH, DataLake, Data Management & Governance, and Advanced AI Analytics
Generating leads, preparing offers, negotiating contracts, closing deals, and following up on the clients requests
Building and maintaining strong partnerships with industry leaders such as Microsoft, Snowflake, and AWS
Cooperating with the Marketing Department to organize business events (conferences, workshops, webinars, etc.)
Building and nurturing relationships with current clients and providing exceptional customer service daily
Achieving established sales goals and KPIs

Our requirements

At least 5 years of experience in sales, minimum 1-2 years in selling Data & Analytics services
Proven sales track records in a consultative selling approach preferably in the cloud services world
Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI or other vendors’ data cloud platforms will be an advantage
Ability to establish and develop relationships at various organizational levels, including the Board of Directors
Knowledge of prospection tools and techniques, cold-calling
Excellent skills in diagnosing needs to execute upsell/cross-sell
Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques as well as qualifying leads
Very good command of English and Polish, enabling smooth communication
