You will play a key role in expanding our portfolio of licensed artwork, ensuring our customers have access to an ever-growing collection of unique and inspiring designs. Your Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with licensing partners to foster continued collaboration and brand development.
- Negotiate licensing agreements with both existing and new partners, securing beneficial terms to enhance our product offerings.
- Work with the Marketing team to create and implement marketing strategies that align with our licensed brands.
- Identify and pursue potential collaborations with various licensors, complementary brands, and retail partners to increase our market reach.
- Contribute to achieving annual revenue goals for licensed brands, ensuring targets are met.
- Collaborate with the Art team to plan and develop content and products that align with brand requirements and resonate with our audience.
- Track and report on sales performance and prepare royalty reports as needed.
- Review contracts and licensing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with licensing agreements.
- Represent Displate at key licensing events, such as the Brand Licensing Expo, to identify trends and forge new partnerships.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 years of experience in the licensing industry.
- Strong understanding of licensing agreements; experience with anime and gaming licenses is an advantage.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical abilities, with a proactive and organized approach to work.
- Positive outlook, responsible, and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
