Recruitment for

For our client, an international company supporting global energy solutions, we are seeking a Business Development Lead in the area of compression electrification for brownfield sites in energy and manufacturing sectors.

You will drive the transformation of Brownfield Electrification by shaping strategy and identifying key growth opportunities within the compression sector.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow after-market compression business through brownfield electrification.
  • Creating business plans and securing necessary resources.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for brownfield electrification: assess potential fleets, regional priorities, key customers and the competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with electrification, automation and digitization units, as well as regional Global Services and Compression Products teams, to create go-to-market strategies for brownfield electrification.
  • Identify and engage potential customers with the Brownfield Electrification Capture Team Lead.
  • Provide regular updates and reports about industry trends related to brownfield electrification and incorporate them into strategies and solutions.

Employer requirements

  • In-depth understanding of brownfield electrification and its applications in the aftermarket compression business.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex data and making informed decisions.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Minimum Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Solid professional working experience in business development, sales or marketing within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
