We are seeking a Business Development - Key Account Manager (m/f/d) with a passion for new customer acquisition and driving net-new business. This role is ideal for a dynamic self-starter who thrives on actively prospecting, opening doors, and building strategic pipeline across the enterprise and mid-market landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within enterprise and mid-market segments
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, technical consultants, and project managers, to develop tailored solutions for clients
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Manage and negotiate complex sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, business cases, and product demonstrations
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, pipeline management, and forecasts in CRM systems
Experience and skills we value
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, ideally in IT solutions, Contact Centers, Unified Communications, AV or Software Integration services
- Strong experience in solution selling, consultative sales, and strategic account management
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-value accounts and long sales cycles
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken) is required
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred
