Your responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with organizational clients throughout Poland.
  • Conduct a mix of online and face-to-face communications to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Travel across Poland to meet clients, attend industry events, and represent the company.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Our requirements

  • Experience: Proven track record in selling complex products to organizational clients, with verifiable experience in business development or account management.
  • Skills: Strong performance focus, goal-oriented mindset, tenacity, and a fighting spirit.
  • Language: Proficient in English (B2 or higher).

Optional

  • Knowledge of the clinical trials market or healthcare organization management software.
  • Familiarity with productivity applications such as CRM systems, Gen AI, Confluence, MS Teams, and workflow applications (e.g., Jira).
