Europtima is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Growth Officer to support our business development activities across Poland, the CEE region, and Germany. Based in Warsaw, you will play a key role in mapping the market, generating leads, coordinating client engagement, and supporting proposal preparation for both private and public sector projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market intelligence and map the Polish real estate and construction market.
- Identify and qualify potential clients across private and public sectors.
- Maintain and update a prospect database (CRM/Excel) with continuous follow‑up.
- Monitor project announcements using AI tools and tender platforms.
- Report cross‑border opportunities in Germany and the Czech Republic.
- Prepare and deliver bi‑weekly market intelligence reports.
- Coordinate all business development activities, meetings, and action plans.
- Adapt company profiles, capability statements, and presentations for target clients.
- Support preparation of bids and proposals (commercial and technical sections).
- Schedule, prepare, and follow up on client meetings for senior management.
- Attend meetings and site visits with executives and ensure proper reporting.
- Log all contacts, interactions, and opportunities promptly.
- Translate and adapt marketing materials (Polish English).
- Support company visibility through LinkedIn and communication updates.
- Assist with the organization of industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Work with design/communication partners to update brochures and visual materials.
- Maintain the Growth Dashboard (prospects, proposals, meetings, pipeline).
- Provide weekly activity summaries to the Head of Growth.
- Track proposals, conversions, and client engagement outcomes.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written).
- Strong research and market analysis skills, especially in real estate or construction sectors.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation abilities.
- High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; CRM experience is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and follow through independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment.
- Preferred: Knowledge of the German language.
- Understanding of project management, construction, or real estate terminology.
- Experience in business development, sales support, or tender preparation.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn content creation or marketing activities.
