Join our Business Development team in Barcelona and become the first point of contact for businesses across the DACH region. You will identify new sales opportunities, engage potential clients, assess their needs and guide them toward the right Google Cloud solutions via outbound calls and emails.
Full-time (39h/week, Monday to Friday)
Hybrid role in Barcelona
Salary: 25,440 gross/year
Performance Bonus: up to 4,290 gross/year

Generate and qualify outbound sales opportunities (cold calling & emails)
Engage C-level decision makers, understand business needs and build rapport
Identify customer pain points and match them with Google Cloud solutions
Manage and document all activities in Salesforce (leads, accounts, opportunities)
Work towards quarterly SQO targets and weekly activity goals
Maintain accurate notes to ensure full visibility of customer interactions
C2-level German and fluent English
Experience in outbound sales, business development, or B2B sales (tech industry preferred)
Strong communication skills and professional client-facing approach
Comfortable working towards sales quotas
General IT proficiency (CRM tools, Outlook, Google Workspace, etc.)
1+ year in IT sales prospecting
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Ability to identify decision makers and structure business conversations
High motivation, initiative, and goal-oriented mindset
