Business Development Financial Controller
Immoqee Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, has been in business since 2014. Our goal is to support the sales and customer service processes of our contractors, with whom we build lasting and long-term relationships. We provide comprehensive support services for HR, recruitment and training processes in this area. We are looking for candidates for a project implemented for our partner: SAMSUNG SDS - one of the most admired and innovative brands in the world. We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a Business Development Financial Controller. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing financial aspects of projects and ensuring the smooth flow of financial operations.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
- Support creation of business development strategy.
- Support internal and external projects with financial calculations.
- Allocation of resources.
- Control over each project’s P&L.
- Preparing documents necessary for invoicing clients, like monthly rate cards, billing evidence, etc.
- Creating business development materials, presentations, calculations, rate card proposals.
- Structuring the business development and financial aspect in a process-based setup.
- Identifying areas of improvement in terms of processes and implement changes.
- Be a strong partner in identifying risk before and during project execution, translate it to financial terms and assist in its mitigation.
- Participate in Project Reviews and monitor their financial performance, track and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and cost baseline.
- Lead development and maintenance of project schedules, cost estimates, track and trend cash flow reports, change control documentation (scope, cost or schedule) and/or any reports associated with project controls.
- Lead the group reporting within the deadlines.
EDUCATION:
University degree or similar qualification corresponding to area of expertise.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Minimum 2 years of experience from a multinational company in a similar position / total experience of 5 years is preferable.
- Bachelors or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
- Good command of English and Polish.
- Ability to envision, lead and implement change.
- Attention to details and ability to identify issues or inconsistencies.
- Ability to organize, summarize and articulate complex financial information for decision making.
- Good problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrated ability to achieve objectives and focus on details.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and collaboration skills. Ability to interact with process stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to work independently under general supervision.
EXPERIENCE:
2+ years of IT recruitment experience.
