• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for Eastern European markets to expand and nurture our customer base.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee sales activities for our range of heat exchangers, working primarily through Partners and Agents.
• Network Expansion: Evaluate and enhance the network of Partners and Agents, renewing agreements or establishing new collaborations.
• Performance Optimization: Regularly review and boost sales performance of Partners and Agents.
• Leadership: Provide guidance and strategic direction to Partners, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Forecasting & Analysis: Prepare accurate order intake forecasts, identify growth opportunities, and analyze market trends.
• CRM Expertise: Manage sales opportunities effectively using CRM systems.
• Sales Coordination: Collaborate with Inside Sales Engineers to follow up on quotes and calculations.
• Project Management: Lead complex sales projects, including technical and commercial negotiations.
• Market Research: Monitor global and regional market trends to identify opportunities and enhance competitiveness.
