Joining as a Business Development Manager , you will become the face of Animotion across Europe. Using a balance of consultative and challenger selling capabilities, you will build a network of contacts who trust your expertise and believe in our services, establishing growing relationships that lead to large-scale leads.

About you

We are looking for a dynamic, customer-centric, and personable individual to join our friendly team. Priority management, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail are key to the success of this role. You will need to be able to work collaboratively and independently to develop relationships with your clients, stakeholders, and teammates.

What youll be doing:

  1. Seeking, developing, and closing opportunities across Europe and related verticals.
  2. Working closely with the Lead Generation function to identify high potential prospects.
  3. Promptly qualifying and developing inbound opportunities.
  4. Identifying and closing small wins while managing longer, high-value, and complex sales cycles.
  5. Presenting to key stakeholders including divisional heads and Directors at local authorities.
  6. Managing your leads and pipeline to critically analyze and optimize productivity.
  7. Delivering an excellent client journey and experience.
  8. Putting together demos, pitches, and RFP/RFIs.
  9. Participating in marketing lead activity, including seminars and trade shows.
  10. Attending and presenting at weekly and monthly team meetings and other internal events.
  11. Accurately reporting your pipeline to your line manager, seeking support where appropriate to ensure deals are won.
  12. Collaborating with colleagues across the business to deliver in line with customer expectations.
  13. Understanding the competitive landscape, customer outcome objective trends, and other external influences to effectively position Animotions value proposition.
