Obowiązki
Proactively acquire new clients
, identifying and pursuing business opportunities through various sales channels.
Plan and execute a structured sales strategy
, maintaining an active sales pipeline to drive business growth.
Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships
with potential clients, understanding their IT needs and providing tailored solutions.
Work closely with 7N internal teams
to align client requirements with available IT consultants.
Track and analyse sales data to
identify trends and opportunities for growth
.
Contribute to strategic business development initiatives
, helping to shape the company’s growth strategy.
Promote 7N’s service offerings
through various sales channels, including networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Represent the company at industry events
, meetings and conferences.
Communicate effectively to
foster relationships with new and existing partners
.
Build a
deep understanding of our products and present them effectively
to clients.
Respond promptly
to any issues that directly affect sales.
Directly
oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients
.
Working with marketing
to develop new clients acquisition strategies.
Wymagania
At least 3+ years of experience
in new business development role in IT contracting or other IT services.
Proven track record in B2B sales
, with the ability to generate, inbound qualification and nurturing leads, build pipelines, and close deals.
Strong relationship-building skills
, with a talent for networking and maintaining long-term relationships and partnerships.
Understanding of the IT sector and outsourcing models
, with the ability to match client needs with IT consulting solutions.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
, both written and verbal.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strategic mindset
, capable of crafting and executing business development plans.
Familiarity with
CRM software and sales automation tools.
Working with marketing to develop new clients acquisition strategies
Fluent in Polish and English
(both spoken and written).
