Who are we looking for?
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and independent B2B Sales Specialist who’s not afraid to hunt for new business opportunities in international markets. Responsibilities
- Actively and independently acquiring new international B2B clients through prospecting, emailing, networking, LinkedIn, and participating in industry trade fairs – without access to a ready-made client database.
- Building and developing your own customer base in international markets.
- Achieving set sales targets through your own actions and initiatives.
- Organizing your own sales and relationship-building activities based on company standards and your own strategies.
- Preparing and delivering product presentations for potential clients in English (online and in-person).
- Actively participating in industry events and trade shows to generate new business contacts.
- Going on business trips to acquire new partners.
- Supporting new clients in the onboarding process to the e-commerce platform.
- Growing sales among new clients (up‑selling, cross‑selling).
- Analyzing the market, competition, and sales potential among acquired contacts.
- Collaborating with marketing, production, design, logistics, and accounts receivable teams on sales projects.
- Reporting sales activities in the CRM system (Hubspot).
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in active B2B sales (experience in a hunter role is a strong advantage).
- Fluent English (minimum C1) – work in an international environment.
- Polish language skills sufficient for smooth communication.
- Ability to independently acquire clients without a ready‑made base and without ongoing portfolio management.
- Experience working with CRM tools (preferably Hubspot) and very good knowledge of Office suite (including ease of working with Excel).
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, goal orientation, and effectiveness in action.
- Good self‑organization and ability to set priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proactiveness, independence, and responsibility for achieving assigned business goals.
- Willingness to grow your sales competencies and explore new solutions.
