As we establish our presence, we are seeking to recruit a Business Development Director for Poland. The ideal candidate will bring over 7 years of experience in a business development role within the Transport & Logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing market trends and identifying potential areas for expansion. Gathers detailed knowledge of market trends to identify new business opportunities
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with partners
  • Developing strategies for acquiring new clients and increasing revenue
  • Identifies new market opportunities and develops long-term strategies
  • Builds and maintains relationships with partners, potential clients, and industry leaders
  • Articulates and refines the unique benefits of a company’s offerings
  • Skilled in discussing terms with potential business partners to form profitable agreements
  • Encourages existing relationships to generate new business leads
  • Oversight of the business development budget, ensuring funds are allocated effectively to maximize return on investment
  • Leading conversations and negotiations with potential clients
  • Contributing to product development by providing feedback from market research and client interactions

Skills and experience:

  • At least 10 years of experience in transport & Logistics industry, which is 7 years preferably with similar/same responsibilities  
  • Multiproduct knowledge of road, air, ocean and contract logistics will be an additional advantage 
  • You have great negotiation skills
  • You are solution and result-oriented
  • You have strong analytical skills
  • You have excellent customer relationship skills
  • You are fluent in English
