Business Development

To strengthen our German Business Development team, we are currently looking for a Business Development employee (m/f/d) in Warsaw (Poland) starting immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating and conducting market analysis and research.
2. Developing proposals and presentations in close collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope, deadlines, pricing, and overall proposal design.
3. Handling administrative responsibilities within the German Marketing and Business Development team.
4. Managing and updating the internal knowledge database.
5. Coordinating various business development initiatives in partnership with our practice groups (campaigns, research, etc.).
6. Collaborating with MBD colleagues and teams at the European level.

Requirements

1. University degree, ideally with a focus on Marketing and/or Business Development.
2. Prior experience in professional services firms (law firm, consulting firm, agency) is desirable.
3. Excellent language skills in both German and English (written and spoken).
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Team player.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Word).
7. Reliability and good organizational skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple proposals and tasks simultaneously.
9. Independent and proactive work approach with attention to detail.
