Job Description
- Manage the performance of the Warsaw-based team, including regular check-ins, tracking attendance, and ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Foster a strong client service mindset within the team and empower them to handle complex requests.
- Provide guidance and support to team members while maintaining clear communication with management.
- Ensure all important updates and information are shared with the team.
- Take responsibility for maintaining high-quality standards to meet client expectations.
- Ensure HR and management activities are aligned with company policies and guidelines.
- Act as the first point of contact for any issues or queries, escalating matters to the Operations Manager when needed.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
- Work with global BD & Marketing Managers to gather feedback and ensure smooth coordination with offices/regions.
- Occasionally assist the team in completing tasks like managing marketing materials, updating content on websites, and preparing client overviews.
- Develop expertise in Salesforce and help the team use it effectively.
- Coordinate with lawyers to ensure marketing materials and pitch content are prepared and accurate.
- Oversee legal directory submissions and manage the pitch process from start to finish.
- Help plan and execute events like seminars, webinars, and conferences.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelors degree or equivalent is required; a law or marketing qualification is a plus.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Experience in business development or marketing within a law firm or professional services is preferred.
- Interest in client-focused and general marketing campaigns.
- Solid project management, time management, and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Able to take charge in challenging situations, find solutions, and maintain respect among colleagues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- At least one year of experience managing or leading a team.
