Business Development & Project Manager for Automotive Production automation (m/w/d)

• In our company you are responsible for the development of the sales area within the Polish market for automation and robotization projects, assembly lines, specialized production machines in the automotive industry, fuel cells area and other branches of industry
• You acquire new customers in Poland, develop strong relationships with current and new thyssenkrupp customers, acquire new orders from the Polish market and Central European countries
• You prepare, present and negotiate project scopes, calculations, offers and contracts
• You are responsible for the development of the sales strategy, incl. preparation of Benchmarks and market analytics for the Polish market
• You prepare the project specification, estimate the risks,, project completion deadlines and you are responsible for the financial aspects of the projects
• You manage project implementation inside and outside the organization, i.e. scope, deadlines, quality, costs, communication and project changes, you are first contact for our customers, also in technical matters
• You organize final acceptance of machines and entire assembly lines at the customer’s premises in Poland and abroad. Furthermore you ensure project execution in accordance to internal and customer specifications
• You cooperate in the field of sales and project management with our branches in other countries (Germany, Spain, Italy, England) and with our partners in Poland
