Business Development Agent for Hungary – this role will support Distrelec company which is now part of RS Group.

Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving business growth? As a Business Development Agent , you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and enhancing engagement through innovative, digitally-enabled sales activities. You’ll identify and qualify leads, develop existing and new customer relationships, and proactively promote online solutions like web quoting and newsletters to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What you will be doing to be successful in this role:

1. Focus on closing deals with prospects and ensuring the successful conclusion and follow-up of customer agreements.
2. Contact and consult with leads effectively to generate valuable opportunities, driving business growth and expanding our reach.
3. Actively support the sales funnel and track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring all activities are aligned with our strategic goals.
4. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market to maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest products, services, pricing models, and payment plans to offer informed solutions that meet customer needs.

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

• Proficient in Hungarian with a communicative level of English
• Proven experience working in a sales environment will be an advantage
• Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to form and maintain positive relationships at all levels
• Ability to communicate complex solutions in a simple and clear manner
• Demonstrated desire for continuous development and improvement
