Business Developer - FX Sales
Responsibilities:
- Driving new business opportunities by engaging with B2B decision-makers
- Identifying client needs and introducing tailored FX and international payment solutions
- Leading sales conversations, negotiating terms, and closing deals
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience
Requirements:
- Fluency in Polish and strong business-level English
- Genuine interest in financial markets and global trade
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to work on-site in the Katowice or Warsaw office
