We are now strengthening our Sales Department and are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Developer who will be responsible for developing business and maintaining long-term client relationships within the French and Benelux markets.

Business Developer

Job context:

- Work languages: English (C1), French (C1); Polish is a plus
- Working model: Hybrid (2/3 on-site/remote)
- Business travel: Trips to France approx. once per month
- Employment type: B2B/ Employment contract

Responsibilities:
- Identifying, acquiring, and developing new business opportunities in France and the Benelux region.
- Building, nurturing, and maintaining strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Selling IT services, including body leasing, team leasing, success fee models, and project-based solutions.
- Collaborating closely with operational teams in France, Poland and Morocco to deliver the best tailored solutions for clients.
- Acting as the key point of contact between clients, internal teams, and technical experts.
- Working together with Technical Experts to develop proposals and deliver optimized technical solutions.
- Conducting market research, identifying trends, and exploring new growth opportunities.
- Meeting sales targets, preparing reports, and analyzing performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT services sales.
- Experience in IT outsourcing / body leasing / team leasing is highly welcomed.
- Solid understanding of the IT industry, technical roles, and current market trends.
- Excellent command of French (C1) and English (C1) —mandatory.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in an international environment.
- Proactive mindset, self-driven attitude, and strong business orientation.
- Availability for monthly business trips to France.
