You will be part of the Intelligent Automation and Data Lakehouse team in Application Services, IT Operations, covering data capabilities, analytics consumption, and process automation. Our department focuses on IT maintenance and support, emphasizing quality and collaboration. We empower ourselves and our partners through honest and open communication, making IT fun. You will join the growing Robotics Automation team in IT Operations, supporting both business and IT Solutions teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and develop automation opportunities, map and optimize business processes, and ensure effective stakeholder communication.
Evaluate and calculate ROI and automation benefits to ensure alignment with business goals and maximize efficiency gains.
Utilize a DevOps model to ensure seamless integration of development, deployment, and maintenance processes while upholding quality.
Possibility of supporting the team in development and incidents when there is a variable workload in analytical tasks.
Work with Blue Prism, RoboFinance, and Power Platform to integrate processes across all business areas.
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis.
Basic understanding of process automation methodologies and best practices.
Analytical skills to review and improve robotic processes.
Knowledge of FMCG industry and Blue Prism development is a plus.
Experience with automation tools like RoboFinance and PowerAutomate.
Familiarity with DevOps environments to ensure seamless integration of development, deployment, and maintenance processes.
Previous experience in IT operations or application support roles.
NET or C# is a plus. Please note that this role requires you to be in the office 50% of the time + one additional day (monthly).
