Currently, for one of our clients – a global technology leader focusing on intelligent infrastructure for decentralised energy systems, automation and digitisation of process and manufacturing industries, as well as intelligent mobility solutions for the road and rail transport industry – we are looking for people to fill the remote position: Business Data Analyst (m/f)


Your responsibilities:

  • creating and using new tools to automate IT processes and to enhance efficiency in the sales department,
  • preparing and generating Delivery Reports for both internal users and external clients,
  • updating and maintaining price lists, delivery schedules, special offers, and discount applications,
  • managing inquiries to HQ regarding priorities, quotes, cancellations, and status updates,
  • collaborating with the analyst department,
  • handling reporting tasks, including credit note applications and delivery backlog monitoring,
  • monitoring anomalies in customer processing workflows, ensuring data compatibility with SAP and the logistics department,
  • aggregating data from SAP, creating and running Office/Excel scripts to optimize data reporting and capture,

  • aggregate and analyze data from SAP, creating and running custom Office/Excel scripts to optimize data capture and reporting.


Our requirements:

  • higher education (preferably in related field),
  • strong proficiency in Excel (advanced level, including VBA and PowerQuery), SQL, and Power BI,
  • experience with Python and Power Automate is a plus,
  • ability to work independently and proactively seek out solutions to challenges,
  • strong data analysis skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency,
  • openness to learning about new IT environments, particularly SAP,
  • passionate for process and system improvement,
  • excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset,
  • fluent in English (both written and spoken),
  • willingness to travel for occasional business trips and meetings at the company headquarters in Warsaw (1-2 times per month).
