responsibilities :

Close cooperation with business teams and data engineers.
Gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into IT specifications.
Defining new data feeds and data sources.
Enhancing and maintaining the existing data landscape.
Supporting stakeholders with data-driven insights and decision-making.
Working with large and complex datasets.

requirements-expected :

Experience in gathering requirements and mapping them into IT solutions.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role ( Business Data Analyst, Business-IT Analyst, or equivalent).
Understanding of commercial business processes (experience in aviation is a plus).
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Creativity with a solution-oriented mindset.
High level of data literacy and experience with analytical tools.
Knowledge of SQL, Databricks, and Tableau.
Very good command of English and Polish(B2/C1).
Very good communication skills.
University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Readiness to work from the office in Gdańsk min. 2 days a week.
