Obowiązki

• Analyze key operational, financial, and business performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide predictive analytics, forecasts, and scenario planning to support strategic growth.
• Identify inefficiencies across departments (sales, marketing, finance, operations) and recommend process improvements.
• Design and maintain reports and dashboards using PowerBI, cicOS, and other BI tools.
• Collaborate with business leaders to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Drive data automation to improve accuracy and reduce manual reporting efforts.

Wymagania

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Advanced skills in PowerBI, SQL, and Excel; familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex datasets.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
