Responsibilities : Collect business and system requirements (functional, non functional), define use cases, model the data, metrics and analytics, and help in designing the solution’s architecture Conduct business, system, and data analyses focusing on product, market, processes and business development Take part in the full software development lifecycle, especially within R&D department Manage and care for the quality of data, requirements backlog, documentation, and processes Be a product expert, knowing all the ins and outs of our product and service portfolio Define your own, data-related OKRs, analytics and metrics Provide data support to business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering experts in their operations Join meetings with our business partners and third parties to ensure the best understanding of product and data possibilities and additional opportunities requirements-expected : Proven experience in data, business or system analysis, preferably within fintech, crypto, or similar technology spaces Master of data visualization tools and techniques Experience in translating business challenges into data driven insights and recommendations Ability to present complex problems and processes in a form of informative flow diagrams (nice to have an experience with modeling notations such as BPMN and/or UML) Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills Proficiency in SQL and ease of navigation in complex data sources Ability to efficiently communicate complex technical/data findings to non-technical stakeholders Excellent communication skills, and an approachable demeanor with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership Great English language skills (Polish is not mandatory, but highly desirable at least on an intermediate level)
