Forge&Frost HR Consulting for the international company in the electroplating and electronics sector is looking for a:

Business Data Analyst

Location: Poznań (hybrid work)

Company: Atotech Group

Salary: matched to your skills and experience

Responsibilities:

1. Define key analytics requirements
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, IT, Master Data, etc.)
3. Develop analytical models that enable data-driven decision making
4. Provide information and recommendations to management
5. Build Atotechs global network and trust-based relationships with key stakeholders
6. Assist in identifying areas for change within the company

Requirements and skills:

1. University degree (preferably in natural sciences, engineering, mathematics, computer science, administration, economics)
2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience
3. Highly developed communication skills to gather information, present results, and foster collaboration
4. Very good knowledge of MS Excel (other analytical tools will be an asset)
5. Experience working in an international and cross-cultural environment
6. Fluent in spoken and written English (German would be an asset)
