Requirements

• English at minimum B2 level
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and data analysis
• Basic knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting processes.
• Familiarity with financial software (SAP, Oracle) and dashboard tools like Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
• Eagerness to learn and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What Youll Do:

• Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of Business Controlling, starting from financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to financial modeling.
• Contribute fresh ideas to improve processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and validate data.

Zuza – our recruitment specialist will contact you for a brief phone interview. We will contact selected candidates to put them on the 1st stage interviews with one of our Business Controllers, and the best of the best will attend the final stage with the Head of Business Controlling.
