Job Description

What does this role involve

• Consolidate long-term and short-term plans for all marketing activities in both International expansion and Polish marketplace businesses

• Set up and maintain financial and reporting models, including budget models and return on investment calculations for marketing

• Actively participate in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes in collaboration with the accounting department and financial departments of the Group. This includes preparing monthly management reports, creating provisions, and verifying the accuracy of results

• Support monthly close activities by analyzing variances and preparing comments

• Collaborate with marketing team leaders and stakeholders to communicate and execute financial plans. Work closely with the marketing analytics team in data collection and delivery

• Ensure consistency and integrity of marketing data across the organization

• Accurately reflect all marketing decisions in plans and reports

This is the right job for you, if

• You have at least 5 years of experience in financial/business analytics or controlling, gained in large, dynamic organizations or in companies specializing in business consulting (advisory, audit)

• You possess a higher education degree in economic/financial or mathematical fields

• You have worked with tools such as MS Excel, SAP, SQL, Tableau, Looker, or Google environment

• You can explain and present financial data to individuals at various management levels in an accessible manner and translate the results of conducted analyses into business recommendations

• You focus on set goals and proactively seek solutions

• You look for ways to automate/improve processes

• You communicate effectively in both English and Polish (B2/C1)

• Your professional qualifications such as ACCA/CIMA will be a strong asset
