Business Controlling & Digital Transformation Specialist

As part of the Cost Center Controlling team for Offshore Service, you will ensure financial transparency and process efficiency across global functions while combining solid controlling expertise with a strong digital mindset. You will analyze and structure data, map and optimize processes, and enable automation and predictive forecasting to transform complex data into transparent insights that support compliance, efficiency, and sustainable value creation.

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Develop, analyze, and optimize cost center budgets, forecasts, and reports to support sound management decisions.
  • Provide transparency in headcount and structural cost reporting, ensuring compliance with Siemens Energy guidelines and timely recognition of costs and revenues.
  • Map, harmonize, and improve business processes in cost center controlling, ensuring scalability and efficiency across functions.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of reporting solutions (SAP, Power BI, SQL, Alteryx), including building robust data models and dashboards.
  • Strengthen Master Data Governance (Cost Centers, WBS, Orders, GL Accounts) to enable consistent reporting and aligned forecasting.
  • Drive automation, predictive forecasting, and digitalization initiatives in cost center controlling.
  • Partner with stakeholders across Offshore Service Functions to provide timely and solution-oriented support.

What You Bring

  • University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Initial professional experience in Controlling or Finance, ideally within an international or shared service environment.
  • Strong analytical and process mapping skills, with a solution-oriented mindset and high motivation to take ownership in a lean, high-performing team.
  • Proficient in SAP and comfortable working with large data sets; experience with Power BI, SQL, Power Query, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and diverse cultures.
  • Business fluency in English; knowledge of German or Danish is considered an advantage.
