For our client, an international company rapidly expanding in the Polish market, we are looking for a Business Controller. This function is a new role within the Polish branch, focused on operational work related to overseeing monthly reporting, forecasting and business planning as well as collaborating with business units and accounting team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly reporting and forecasting processes,
• Collaborate with business units to align financial goals.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of sales plans for optimal performance.
• Assess client-focused projects to ensure alignment with company objectives and financial viability.
• Manage and refine annual business planning,
• Collaborate with accounting on month, quarter, and year-end closings,
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation in finance,
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships,
• Provide stakeholders with timely, high-quality financial information,
• Analyze monthly results against budget and forecast,
• Identify and implement opportunities for financial information improvement.

Requirements:

• Universitys degree in Finance or Economics,
• 5+ years’ experience in Finance and Controlling functions, 
• Good knowledge and understanding of business controlling area,
• Excellent Excel skills and experience with ERP systems,
• Proficient in English,
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to work independently.
