You will create regular reports for stakeholders, including comments. You will continuously develop the planning models and cost reporting, evaluate methods and carry out monthly cost monitoring. You will also evaluate business cases and analyze monthly cost trends. The internal exchange on the various topics relating to costs rounds off your tasks as a key contact.
You will be responsible for helping to shape international CCM by working with international stakeholders in Customer Care Management (CCM) to identify potential savings.
Customer Care Management is an international matrix organization in which you work together with colleagues from France, Germany, Italy and Poland. We have a modern work environment which will improve even further when we realize our planned move to up‑to‑date new offices in the center of Lodz.

You have a degree or training with a commercial focus. Your experience: You have experience with controlling processes and reports within Customer Care Management. You are practiced in understanding relevant KPIs and dependencies between cost key figures. You are also adept at data analysis.
You have at least B2 level English and very good Excel skills. In addition, you have analytical and numerical skills as well as conceptual skills and persuasiveness. Good communication skills and an independent and structured way of working round off your profile.
You are very experienced and enjoy working in an intercultural team. You are comfortable working in a fast‑paced, sometimes stressful and changing environment.
You work with Qlik Sense, SAP ERP FI and Excel.
