Business Controller (k/m/x) Miejsce pracy: Nowa Sól Your responsibilities Act as a finance partner for production department. Analyze financial and operational performance, including costs, margins, and profitability. Support budgeting and forecasting processes coordinated by the FICO Manager. Monitor performance vs. budget and explain key variances. Prepare financial analyses, reports, and presentations for management. Support business case evaluations (e.g., investments, process improvements, new products). Identify cost optimization opportunities and efficiency improvements. Ensure consistency between controlling data and accounting figures. Cooperate closely with the accounting team. Our requirements Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. Experience in controlling, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills and business mindset. Very good Excel skills - experience with BI tools is an advantage. Ability to communicate effectively with operational teams. Proactive and hands-on approach. Good command of English. Optional Knowledge of German will be an advantage.
