Business Controller in the Financial Department

We are seeking a results-driven and confident Business Controller responsible for developing financial transparency regarding costs in Central Production. Your role involves analyzing budgets, forecasts, reports, and trends to support management decisions and advance key initiatives. Additionally, you will serve as a close finance partner for your respective business area to help reduce costs, identify potentials, and challenge department heads.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and verify business/finance reports, oversee financial operations, and support financial needs.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly management reports and comment on performance.
• Identify improvement areas and implement solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, provide recommendations on cost savings, and highlight risks.
• Prepare audit files, facilitate audits, and respond to detailed inquiries.
• Participate in business initiatives, conduct financial analyses for project decisions.
• Analyze production processes for correct cost allocation in the ERP system.
• Perform ad hoc analytical and controlling tasks.

Ideal candidate:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, controlling, or auditing.
• Higher education in economics, finance, or related fields.
• Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of PowerBI/SQL is a plus.
• Interest in business understanding and performance management.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Courage to challenge the business.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Business-level English communication skills.
