What we expect

• Proven experienceof around 5 years + (Business Controller/Financial Controller)
• FluentEnglish(B2/C1onward)
• Proven experience revolved aroundbudgeting,forecasting,month-end closes,P&L analyses,cash flow, andreporting tools
• Leadership skillsand the desire to develop in this field
• Know-how of working in theinternational environment
• Advanced computer software skills, includingExcel, and MS Dynamics 365 a nice to have
• People-oriented person, with interpersonal & networking skills
• Willingness to travelonce a week to Markersdorf in Germany for a day (company factory) for businesspurposes and being open for any international business trips from time to time
• Bachelors degree in finance, economics, or a relevant field

Your tasks

• Mentor and evaluate the team: providing honest and constructive feedback in regular review meetings in accordance with the company IMPACT performance management program
• Understanding of industry trends and competitive strategy outlook to identify opportunities
• Conducting market and competitive analysis in liaison with business stakeholders to define business opportunities and enabling requirements
• Developing business cases including region/country profitability
• Development of the plant strategy in conjunction with the Plant Manager to deliver high-quality products to our customers and to optimize associated costs
• Continuous improvement, identifying and driving cost-improvement opportunities
• Ownership of the financial planning and forecasting processes incl. Cashflow forecast
• Lead the month-end process of the European Projects&Service business
• Providing commentary and analysis of P&L and Cash Flow performance vs. Budget and Last Year to the European Projects&Service management team
• Providing financial advice to managers regarding initiatives to improve the European Projects&Service financial performance and cash flow
• Support external audits
