We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Business Controller to join our Team in Żary, Poland. Be part of a global leader in logistics and make an impact together!

As a Business Controller you will focus on the planning and control cycle within the company, including investment analyses, cost settlements, annual accounts and multi-year planning. You also oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and fixed assets.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Prepare financial documents such as business reports, financial forecasts
• Improve the accuracy and timeliness of the budgeting, forecasting
• Analysis and control of company’s reports
• Prepare plant month end closing for entity, including journal entries, account reconciliations, cost center accounting and analysis
• Prepare cash flow forecast
• Cooperation with other company departments & external auditors
• Monitoring and overseeing capex

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration
• Experience in working on ERP systems (SAP preferred) and proficiency on Microsoft Office applications (advanced Excel skills - pivot, lookups)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Finance related position
• Highly detail oriented and organized in work with the ability to meet assigned deadlines
• Communicative knowledge of English
