Business Continuity Planning Specialist - Protection and Resilience

• Conduct cross-functional IT and non-IT incident assessments.
• Manage Business Continuity, Crisis, Protective Security, Global Incident, IT Service Continuity, Outsourcing, and Emergency Response.
• Share incident management info and conduct trainings within AZP Group.
• Produce stakeholder-centric incident reports with data visualization.
• Support DORA implementation for integrated incident management.
• Perform threat intelligence on Allianz’s Partners.
• Enhance crisis management exercises and improve BU crisis readiness.
• Participate in Protection & Resilience projects.
• Monitor BU review and self-assessment tasks.
• Collaborate with Group centers and BUs to mitigate key person risk.
