General Description
The growth of budgets, transaction volumes and overall intensity of corresponding efforts in BUDFIN Office, trigger the requirement to re-model selected processes within the BUDFIN Office in pursue for efficiency while adjusting to the increased workload and intensity. Accordingly, the Contractor will reinforce the Fiscal and Accounting functions at JFTC and execute tasks centered on Accounts Receivables, VAT and excise duty reimbursement process (execution of privileges granted by the Host Nation) and processing travel claims
- Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, economics, public administration, operation research, business process engineering or related discipline and 3 years post related experience, or Higher Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation with 5 years post related and 2 years function related experience.
- Business Continuity Certification and/or completion of equivalent courses.
- Risk Management Certification and/or completion of equivalent courses
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with Business Continuity Management System and its life cycle management.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing governance, risk, and compliance policies.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business or office administration.
- The Contractor will:
(1) Provide support to Business Continuity and Management Planning in the production, maintenance, dissemination and execution Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
(2) Be responsible for the management and oversight of all risk management.
