  • An inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees is looking for a Business Continuity Management Information & Reporting Analyst.
  • Under the direction of the Global Business Continuity Manager (GSO), the MI & Reporting Analyst will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards to support the global business continuity programme. This role will involve working closely with various stakeholders to gather and monitor data, translating this into actionable insights, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the data presented.

responsibilities :


  • Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards using the most appropriate tools (e.g. Power BI) based on governance, oversight and business requirements.
  • Data Integration: Work with data sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other BI tools, to extract and transform data into actionable information.
  • Data Quality Review and Assurance: Ensure information in the dashboard remains current and sample review of documents to ensure fit for purpose. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by performing regular data validation and testing.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of data models, reports, and dashboards.
  • Metrics Development:  Design and develop metrics requirements to support data driven decision making and present using interactive reports.
  • Reporting: Develop and prepare reporting of business continuity/ operational resilience status for Imperial governance committees (e.g. Operational Resilience Working Group).
  • Central Repository: Create and maintain a central repository for global business continuity plans.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with business and cross-functional teams, including Group Risk & Internal Controls, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Operations, to understand and address data needs.
