⏰Start date for assignment: ASAP.

Rate: 120-140 zl/h.

⏳Duration of assignment: 12 months first contract (prolongation expected).

Overview:


We are seeking a team of highly skilled business consultants at various experience levels—senior, expert, and junior—to support our regulatory issue validation efforts related to EBA (European Banking Authority) stress testing data quality. This project is part of the EU-wide stress testing exercise, and the selected candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and reliability of stress testing data.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct regulatory issue validation related to EBA stress testing, ensuring compliance with EBA standards and guidelines.
  • Analyze and validate data quality for stress testing, focusing on specific risk areas such as credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
  • Apply data quality control testing, including data reconciliations and aggregations, to identify discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve data governance frameworks in line with BCBS 239 requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving data quality processes, leveraging your expertise in stress testing methodologies.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings with regulatory bodies, as required, to discuss stress testing methodologies and validation results.



Qualifications and Experience:


  • Proven experience in EBA stress testing methodologies and a solid understanding of stress testing processes for specific risk areas (e.g., credit risk, market risk, operational risk).
  • Knowledge of data governance requirements as outlined in BCBS 239.
  • Hands-on experience with data quality control testing, including data reconciliations and data aggregations.
  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and quality testing purposes.
  • Ability to analyze complex datasets and interpret results accurately.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and reporting within the financial services industry is highly desirable.



Education:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degrees (MBA, MSc) or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus.
