We are looking for a Business Consultant to co-create and deliver new Process Orchestration capabilities that drive productivity, enable innovation, and make our processes future-fit.
Responsibilities
- Translating Demand to Warehouse (DtW) and cross-functional business activities into clear process models to enable orchestration and monitoring
- Partnering with global functions, BPO SO, and Operating Companies teams to map, document, and improve key processes
- Collaborating with developers to deliver intuitive insights for business leaders and operators
- Running workshops with stakeholders to identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and hyperautomation
- Supporting AI use-cases, ensuring processes are modelled to unlock new business opportunities
- Contributing to our Centre of Excellence (CoE), driving process intelligence and enabling teams to continuously improve
You are a Good Candidate If You
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (or have equivalent experience)
- Bring 5+ years of operational process experience in DtW, ideally within cross-functional business domains (such as Finance, Supply Chain, or Commerce)
- Have strong skills in stakeholder management, project management, and workshop facilitation
- Are experienced in process modelling
- Communicate fluently in English and enjoy working in a global environment

- Have strong experience in DtW processes and cross-functional business domains
- Bring any experience in coding, or are passionate about learning and applying it to process improvement
