- Rate: 9 000 PLN - 16 000 PLN net + VAT B2B/gross CoE (depending on experience/seniority) + bonus
Skills required:
- min. 2 years of experience in recruitment projects for IT positions,
- knowledge of the market and IT roles, in particular the SAP and ERP specialization,
- English at the level of min. B2,
- open mind and independence,
- being a team player - sharing knowledge and cooperation is extremely important to us!
Responsibility:
- building partnership relations with clients, preparing and negotiating terms of cooperation,
- acquiring recruitment projects, consulting in the field of IT/SAP, identifying and analyzing market needs.
- recruiting best IT experts for our clients (SAP and ERP specialization),
- building relationships with your network and taking care of Candidate Experience,
- creating a pipeline for future projects.
